CTI 14:21 Coming March 15

World-Touring CTI 14:21 to Stop in Elizabeth March 15

CTI 14:21, a world-touring rock band will be playing and giving their testimonies at a combined worship service at 10:00 a.m., and at a special youth event at 6:30 p.m.

Trained and mobilized by CTI Music Ministries ( ) these amazing young people have combined their common passion for music with their mutual desire to share the love of Christ to impact their generation around the United States and the world.

This will be the third time a CTI group has come to EPC, and they're a sensation every time. Come hear and meet Kelvin Woo and Andrew Shermeyer on guitar, Kasey Manning on drums, Keilah Quimby and Lena Kvigne on vocals, Wesley Lin on keyboard and vocals, and Matt Celeste on bass. It will be well worth your time.

The 10:00 a.m. worship time is a departure from the normal worship schedule at Elizabeth Presbyterian Church. Normally, there is an 8:30 traditional service and a 10:30 contemporary service. But on March 15 we'll all meet at 10:00 a.m. for just one great worship time together.

There will be no potluck meal following the combined worship service.

There will be a Saturday Evening Prayer & Communion Service on March 14 as usual.

Great New Bible Studies Going On at EPC

Two Sunday-Morning Adult Classes Wading Into Streams of Living Water

Streams – a video-based study built on Richard J. Foster's acclaimed book, is now being offered for both Sunday-morning adult study groups, at 9:15 and 10:15 in the manse. The 13-part curriculum helps Christians experience formation in Christlikeness through engagement with six great traditions of Christian life and faith. Pastor Bruce and Pat Russell did a sermon series on these traditions last summer. Now is your chance to go deeper, hear from Richard Foster, Dallas Willard and many other leaders in the spiritual formation movement, and learn about great men and women, both historic and contemporary, who have exemplified these traditions in their lives. If you would like to join one of these classes, please email Phil Wood at so materials can be ordered for you.

Saturday-Morning Men's Group Signs Up for Apprenticeship with Jesus

Are you ready to really live your faith? In his book, Apprenticeship with Jesus, Gary Moon is testing our willingness to be anything more than casual Christians. Through humorous and compelling stories, Scripture and exercises, Moon shows us how to be with Jesus, day in and day out, and bring our faith into real life. Be there, Saturday mornings at 7 am in the manse (BYO coffee) followed by breakfast with the boys at Los Volcanes. If you plan to join us, please email Phil Wood at
